Upcoming Change: Migration of 3scale Status Page and Twitter Updates Apr 25, 2025 14:00-14:01 CEST

We are consolidating our service communications to provide a more unified and reliable experience across Red Hat products.

Effective immediately, the 3scale status page at status.3scale.net and the x.com/3scalestatus account on X (formerly Twitter) will begin transitioning to our centralized status platform: status.redhat.com

The new platform offers a single source for real-time service status updates across all Red Hat services, with options to subscribe via email, SMS, or webhook.

How to Subscribe to 3scale Notifications:
- Go to status.redhat.com
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner
- Choose your preferred notification method (email, SMS, webhook)
- In the subscription settings, select Red Hat 3scale API Management to receive updates specific to 3scale

Transition Timeline:

Both status.3scale.net and x.com/3scalestatus will remain online during a one-week transition period. On Friday, April 25, both will be officially shut down.

We encourage all users to update their bookmarks and subscriptions to status.redhat.com to ensure uninterrupted access to service notifications.

Thank you for your continued trust in Red Hat 3scale. For assistance or questions, please contact Red Hat Support.
